Shipping is free on every US order. International rates are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–7 business days and typically arrive 10–35 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn with tags attached. See Returns & Exchanges for details.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Sizing
How do I choose my size?
Footwear is listed in US sizes with the matching foot length in inches next to each size. If you're between sizes, email us and we'll help.
